I started this blog to chronicle my travels and the things I run across. So I made a lot of notes while I was on a 4-day trip because I didn’t take a computer and didn’t think to set my phone up.
That sounds good but made the trip log more of a play-by-play, “what I did on my vacation” kind of thing. That’s not really what my intention was going in, but once I started, I had to finish the same way.
I’m about to head out for a 10-day trip, of which 2 or 3 will be hanging out with the family. I will post from the road, but there will be lots more pictures, and I will likely condense things a bit.
The bottom line is that I am learning how to paint an enticing mental picture without writing a novel for each day! Thank you for sticking with me through the growing pains!
